About Chef Laura, and Moonlight Hollow:
I found my love for cooking and homemaking at a very young age. While watching my Mother and Grandmother cook and entertain, I realized that the homestead, with all its wonders, was where I belonged.
Over the last 30+ years, I have gathered a wealth of experience in not only the hospitality industry, but in gardening, farming, painting, thrifting, arts and crafts, home decor, flower arranging, and of course, home cooking. An award-winning event planner, as well as 4 time unique dining experience award-winner, and best caterer in multiple contests. I now bring my expertise in all of the aforementioned areas to you.
I look forward to sharing my passions with you and yours.

Laura Michelé Stevens
Chief Cook & Bottle Washer. Naturally high-strung, she worries about everything and everyone, and sometimes forgets to breathe. She has no filter, and doesn't like anyone dealing her the "Bravo Sierra". NEVER touch her knives. Loves to channel her inner "Iron Chef", and sing while cooking. Worked for a Celebrity Chef, and is quite adept at dodging plates and knives being hurled in her general direction. She is also a hopeless Romantic, and was born at least 100 years too late. Likes Mis en Place, cheese boards, Julia Child, and Anthony Bourdain.
Loves:
*Spending time walking the farm with her Husband and dog.
*Thrifting, arts & crafts, farming, and all things from the Victorian Era of history.
*Entertaining at home for Family & Friends.

Likes sports, music, Luke Combs, and playing DJ on the weekends.
